MK Dons boss Karl Robinson frustrated by draw

MK Dons boss Karl Robinson admits that he is "frustrated" after seeing his side waste a host of chances during their 2-2 draw with Rochdale.

MK Dons boss Karl Robinson has admitted that he is "frustrated" by his side's 2-2 draw with Rochdale in League One.

The Dons squandered a host of chances in front of goal on Tuesday night before a late strike from Danny Green secured them a point.

The result has moved MK Dons to within five points of leaders Bristol City, though Robinson's team still have two games in hand.

"I'm frustrated because we've done enough to win the game," he is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News. "We may have lost that in years gone by when it wouldn't have gone quite our way but he hustled and we rolled our sleeves up.

"We missed chances but we kept putting ourselves in positions to miss them, we didn't turn anything down. We're the leading scorers in the league at home and we've kept nine clean sheets so that's a positive."

MK Dons are back in action on Saturday when they entertain Colchester United in League One.
