Netherlands Women and South Africa Women will be vying for a place in the quarter-finals of the Women's World Cup 2023 when they face off at the Sydney Football Stadium on Sunday.

The Dutch topped a group that contained the defending champions USA, while South Africa claimed a 3-2 victory over Italy to secure their place in the last 16.

We say: Netherlands Women 3-1 South Africa Women

The Netherlands will go into the last-16 tie as heavy favourites, and while we expect South Africa to cause their opponents one or two problems, we think that the Dutch will have the extra-quality required to secure their place in the quarter-finals.

Sweden Women vs. USA Women (Sunday, 10.00am)

On Sunday, Sweden Women and USA Women will battle it out for a place in the quarter-finals of the Women's World Cup 2023.

Sweden topped their group after taking maximum points from their three games, while the USA finished second in Group E behind the Netherlands.

We say: Sweden Women 2-1 USA Women

There have been signs in the group stage that the USA's dominance at the Women's World Cup could be coming to an end, and we think the record winners will be eliminated by a Sweden side that have been in fine form at the tournament, having won all three of their matches, scoring nine goals and only conceding on just one occasion.
