Johan Cruyff disappointed by Brazil, Argentina

Netherlands legend John Cruyff believes that Brazil and Argentina have both underperformed so far at the World Cup.

Netherlands legend John Cruyff has expressed his disappointment at the style of football that Brazil and Argentina have played at the World Cup.

The two South American nations have both made it through to the last four of the tournament, though their stuttering performances up to now have garnered some criticism.

While the Brazilians and the Argentines struggle to hit top form, Cruyff believes that Germany are the best team left in the draw.

"It's a sin countries like Brazil and Argentina use their talent so little," he is quoted as saying by The Mirror.

"For the good of football Germany go all the way. They are the only team of the four semi-finalists who are playing good football."

Brazil face Germany in the first of the semi-finals this evening, while Argentina play the Netherlands tomorrow night.
