Norwich City manager Chris Hughton has revealed that midfielder Elliott Bennett is expected to be on the sidelines for a lengthy period of time.
The 24-year-old, who has been with the Canaries since 2011, was forced to undergo surgery this week after damaging a cruciate ligament.
According to BBC Sport, Hughton has claimed that Bennett will be out for "several months", with Robert Snodgrass expected to replace him in their match against Hull City this weekend.
Meanwhile, summer signing Gary Hooper is expected to remain on the sidelines with a shin problem.
