Nottingham Forest have reportedly parted ways with manager Stuart Pearce following a poor run of form in the Championship.
After leading the way in mid-September following a 5-3 win over Fulham, Forest have won just three of their 23 games since to fall down to mid-table and 13 points adrift of the playoffs.
According to The Telegraph this evening, Pearce and Forest owner Fawaz Al Hasawi held talks on Sunday that have resulted in Pearce leaving the club.
His reported departure comes after yesterday's home defeat at the hands of bottom-three side Millwall, who were on a run of eight games without a win themselves.
A former Forest captain, Pearce, 52, took over at the City Ground last summer for his second job in league football after managing Manchester City last decade.
