Team News: Alfie Potter out for Oxford United

Oxford United winger Alfie Potter is out for today's League Two clash against Fleetwood Town with a groin strain.

Oxford United, seventh in League Two, are without winger Alfie Potter for today's clash against Fleetwood Town at the Kassam Stadium because of a groin strain.

Tom Newey is available for the Yellows following his suspension and makes the starting XI, while Johnny Mullins is out for the rest of the season with a stress fracture of the metatarsal.

Fleetwood midfielder Steven Schumacher, who recently spent time out with a bruised foot, is on the bench for the Cod Army this afternoon.

On-loan Adam Barton, widely touted to be included after the Coventry City loanee completed a full week's training with Graham Alexander's team, misses out on a squad berth, however.

The Lancashire outfit are currently five points away from the automatic promotion places.
