QPR announce ticket price reductions
Queens Park Rangers announce reductions in ticket prices at Loftus Road and a new scheme that allows under-eights to go free.

Queens Park Rangers have announced "significant" reductions in ticket prices at Loftus Road.

A press release from the club said the changes were a result of a full evaluation that took into account the views of "loyal supporters".

New Rangers CEO Philip Beard told the club's website: "These changes show how serious the owners are about taking the fans' views on board.

"Ticket prices are imperative to the business structure and we are confident the supporters will react positively to the news and help make Loftus Road a fortress on matchdays."

The changes will lead to reductions in season ticket prices, matchday prices and features a new scheme that allows under-eights to go free in certain areas of the stadium as long as they are accompanied by a paying adult.

All current season ticket holders are due for a refund on this year's ticket and will receive correspondence from the club in the "coming weeks".
