Team News: Three in attack for Saint-Etienne against travelling Bastia

European hopefuls Saint-Etienne decide to put three men in attack as they welcome Bastia to the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard in Ligue 1.

Fourth-placed Saint-Etienne have gone with three forwards as they take on Bastia in Ligue 1 this evening.

Kevin Monnet-Paquet, Max-Alain Gradel and Norwich City loanee Ricky Van Wolfswinkel all start up front.

Les Verts, who have the chance to go third in the table with a win, will feature a 3-4-3 formation that sees the use of Franck Tabanou, Benjamin Corgnet, Renaud Cohade and captain Fabien Lemoine in the middle of the pitch.

Travelling Bastia have taken a more cautious approach with a 4-4-2 system, using two conventional strikers in the shape of Gadji Tallo and 18-year-old rising star Francois Kamano.

The two frontmen are to be supported by a three-man midfield which includes skipper Yannick Cahuzac, while attacking support will be provided by two wing-backs looking to get forward from defence.

Saint-Etienne: Ruffier; Brison, Perrin, Sall, Tabanou, Corgnet, Cohade, Lemoine, Monnet-Paquet, Gradel, Van Wolfswinkel

Bastia: Areola; Marange, Romaric, Palmieri, Paybernes, Diakite, Boudebouz, Cahuzac, Gillet, Tallo, Kamano
