David Weir targets second signing

Sheffield United manager David Weir says that he is hoping to sign another player on loan, following the capture of Marlon King.

Sheffield United manager David Weir has stated that he is hoping to follow up the signing of Marlon King with another loan acquisition.

The Blades signed the former Birmingham City striker on Wednesday until the end of the season.

Weir has said that he wants to bring another player to Bramall Lane in the near future.

"We are working on possibly doing something else," Sportinglife.com quotes Weir as saying.

"We can't comment on individuals but we are trying to strengthen and we are working on it as we speak. These things change all the time so we can't put a timeline on it."

United currently sit 21st in League One.
