Rickie Lambert returns from a hip injury to take his place in Southampton's starting lineup this afternoon.

Rickie Lambert has recovered from a hip injury and will start for Southampton in their lunchtime Championship fixture with Blackpool.

The striker will be joined in attack by Guly Do Prado, while Steve De Ridder remains on the bench.

The visiting Tangerines have made one change to their starting lineup, with Chris Basham coming in for Lomana LuaLua.
