Juan Foyth is one of three notable absentees from Tottenham Hotspur's squad for the Champions League group stages.

Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has left Juan Foyth out of his squad for the Champions League group stages.

Foyth missed out on the knockout stages last season after the arrival of Lucas Moura, and the young defender is also absent from Pochettino's group for the current campaign.

The 20-year-old cannot feature on the club's 'B' list of players, having been at the North London outfit for less than two years.

There is also no place for Georges-Kevin N'Koudou, with the winger remaining out of contention having failed to secure a loan move before the end of August.

The same applies to Vincent Janssen, who will spend the first half of the season at Spurs due to being sidelined through injury until the closing weeks of 2018.
