Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew has revealed that Papiss Cisse is among a number of players that will need a late fitness test ahead of his side's match against Tottenham Hotspur this weekend.
The striker is the Magpies' top scorer so far this season, netting braces during their 2-2 draws with Swansea City and Hull City.
At his pre-match press conference, Pardew told reporters: "We have not got a crisis, but we have one or two we are kind of waiting for.
"[Emmanuel] Riviere, is he going to be available? Papiss, Cheick Tiote, and I'm not really going to be clear on any of that until [on Saturday]. But we have got players in the group to cope if they don't make it."
Newcastle secured their first win of the season last weekend, beating Leicester City 1-0.
