Tottenham Hotspur winger Erik Lamela has claimed that he is desperate to continue improving after finding form in the closing stages of the season.
The Argentine played a key role in helping Spurs to a 2-0 victory over Hull City at the weekend by setting up Nacer Chadli's opener, and he is eager to continue his progress ahead of what could be an uncertain summer should the club listen to offers for his services.
"I'm happy because the pass helped Nacer to score but the most important is always the team, we worked hard and we deserved to win against Hull," he told the club's website. "It was a good goal and I'm happy for Nacer and because we managed to win our last game in front of our fans.
"I'm also happy with my form but I know I need to keep going and try to improve."
Reports earlier this week suggested that Atletico Madrid were targeting Lamela as a potential replacement for Antoine Griezmann.
