Massimiliano Allegri has reportedly rejected the chance to become Tottenham Hotspur's new head coach.
The North London club are searching for a replacement for Jose Mourinho, and Allegri has recently been mentioned as a potential candidate for the role at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The 53-year-old has been out of work since leaving Juventus in the summer of 2019, but the experienced manager continues to be linked with a number of leading European clubs.
According to AS, Tottenham have recently approached Allegri over the possibility of taking charge, but the Italian turned down the English side's advances.
The report claims that the six-time Serie A winner is waiting for Zinedine Zidane to make a decision on his Real Madrid future before planning his next move.
Zidane could allegedly walk away from Los Blancos at the end of the season, and Allegri is said to be viewed by the Spanish champions as a potential replacement for the Frenchman.
