Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly considering contacting Real Madrid over taking Fabio Coentrao on loan in January.
Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas is said to have previously tried to lure the Portugal international to White Hart Lane in the summer, but failed in his attempts.
However, the North London outfit will return to the Spanish giants in January in a bid to sign full-back Coentrao on a temporary deal until the end of the season, according to the London Evening Standard.
Coentrao has started only three games this season for Madrid.
