Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly lining up a £35m swoop for West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice.
Rice's future was the subject of much speculation in the latter stages of 2018, but the 20-year-old ultimately signed a new long-term contract with the Hammers, which will run until the summer of 2024.
The midfielder has been in outstanding form for West Ham this term, scoring once in 22 Premier League appearances.
Tottenham were linked with a move for Rice before he signed his new long-term deal, and according to The Express, Mauricio Pochettino's side will launch a £35m bid in this summer's transfer window.
Rice, who has also previously been linked with Liverpool, started his youth career with Chelsea but was released by the Blues at the age of 14.
