Peter Crouch has said that Stoke City must tread cautiously ahead of their trip to Crawley Town.
The Potters are days removed from hosting one of the biggest games in the history of the club, but the England international insists that the team must take the League Two side seriously.
"The manager has made us aware that this is a massive game for us," he said. "As big, if not bigger than the Valencia tie.
"We know the television cameras are there for one reason, and one reason alone, to see a major upset. We have to make sure that doesn't prove to be the case.
"The club had a great run in the competition last season and the manager has made it clear to us that he wants that to continue."
Meanwhile, Stoke will be keen to avoid their fifth consecutive loss in all competitions.
