Serie A strugglers Udinese have parted company with head coach Stefano Colantuono.
The board at the Stadio Friuli have decided to act following the weekend's 2-0 defeat at the hands of Roma, which extended Udinese's run of poor form to one win in 11 outings.
"Udinese would like to thank the coach and his assistants for their efforts and professionalism during these months of work, wishing them better luck with the continuation of their professional careers," read a statement on the club's official website.
Udinese are currently in 15th position, just four points above the drop zone.
