Craig Gardner hopes to add to goal tally following win at Crystal Palace

West Bromwich Albion midfielder Gary Gardner hopes to score more goals before the end of the season following his strike against Crystal Palace.

West Bromwich Albion midfielder Craig Gardner is hopeful that he can keep scoring in the club's final five games of the Premier League season.

The 28-year-old has scored in the Baggies' last two matches, the most recent of which was a 2-0 win over manager Tony Pulis's former club Crystal Palace.

"I've hit a few like that in my career and I normally get a couple a season like that," Gardner told the club's official website. "That's one so hopefully I can get another.

"It's up there as one of the most important I've scored because it was a massive win. It was important that we got that result."

The Baggies are currently 13th in the Premier League table, eight points above the relegation zone.
