West Ham United have reportedly decided to offer defender Declan Rice a new contract at the end of the season.
After making his Hammers debut in May, Rice has established himself as a regular member of the first-team squad during the first half of the current campaign.
The 19-year-old has been used on 12 occasions in the Premier League and according to Claret & Hugh, manager David Moyes wants to extend the youngster's stay at the London Stadium.
Rice has impressed in a number of positions and as well as his potential, Moyes values the player's versatility in both defence and midfield.
While only four starts have been made in the top flight, Rice has 17 outings to his name since August and will likely start Tuesday night's FA Cup encounter with Shrewsbury Town.
