Team News: Wigan Athletic make one change for clash with Rotherham United.

Wigan Athletic midfielder Shaun Maloney has recovered from illness to start for the Latics against Rotherham United in the Championship.

Shaun Maloney is back in the Wigan Athletic team to play against Rotherham United today after recovering from illness.

Maloney missed the Latics' defeat to Watford last week, but he has been deemed fit enough to replace Roger Espinoza in the only change to face a Rotherham team who are just two places above them in the Championship table.

Rotherham, who have not won in their nine previous league games, have named an unchanged side from the one which drew with Nottingham Forest last week, despite strikers Matt Derbyshire, Jonson Clarke-Harris and Jordan Bowery all pushing for a start.

Kirk Broadfoot remains sidelined with a shoulder injury, while Lee Frecklington is only fit enough for the bench.

Wigan:: Carson, Perch, Boyce, Barnett, Taylor, McCann, Watson, McManaman, Cowie, McLean, Maloney.
Subs: Al-Habsi, Tavernier, Espinoza, Forshaw, Riera, Fugueroa, Fortune.

Rotherham:: Collin, Wooton, Morgan, Arnason, James, Ledesma, Green, Pringle, Smallwood, Lawrence, Revell.
Subs: Frecklington, Bowery, Derbyshire, Clarke-Harris, Newton, Taylor, Thompson.
