Diogo Jota suggests that Wolverhampton Wanderers have the belief to overcome Manchester United in the FA Cup quarter-finals on Saturday night.

Diogo Jota has claimed that Wolverhampton Wanderers are capable of causing another surprise against a big club when they face Manchester United in the FA Cup quarter-finals.

Wolves currently sit in seventh place in the Premier League table, and the West Midlands outfit have recorded at least a point against five of the top six teams in the division.

Nuno Espirito Santo's side remains the underdogs ahead of Saturday's encounter at Molineux, but Jota feels that Wolves can reach the last four if they produce one of their best displays of the campaign.

Jota is quoted by the Express & Star as saying: "We know we can go out there and win the game but we also know how hard it will be. We know we will have to be at our best to get to the semi-finals.

"One of the reasons I came here was to play in big cup matches against teams like United. It's an important stage now and we know it's a big game but no different from the one we had last week. We've had success against the big teams."

Wolves secured a 1-1 draw when they played United at Old Trafford in September.
