Valencia boss Nuno Santo has made three changes to his team for tonight's Champions League clash against Zenit St Petersburg.

The Spanish side can secure their place in the last 16 this evening if they beat the Russian side and Genk fail to overcome Lyon in the other Group H match.

Ruben Vezo, Enzo Perez and 18-year-old Rafa Mir all come into the team for Valencia, while Shkodran Mustafi, Javi Fuego and Santi Mina have been left out of the starting XI.

As expected, Paco Alcacer leads the line for the visitors, while Andre Villas-Boas has selected Hulk and Artyom Dzyuba to provide the main attacking threat for the hosts.

Aleksandr Anyukov and Javi Garcia are not in the Zenit squad this evening due to suspension, while Viktor Fayzulin is out with a knee injury.
