Salford Red Devils head coach Iestyn Harris is set to leave the club.
The Devils and Harris are currently in severance deal talks with the coach's contract due to run out at the end of next season.
The former dual-code Wales international has been on sick leave since June, although he has been working for the BBC as an analyst since, with assistant Ian Watson acting as head coach.
Harris took over at the AJ Bell Stadium in April 2014, replacing Brian Noble on a two-year deal, and guided Salford to a 10th-place finish last season.
