Former Wimbledon winner Goran Ivanisevic has said that Andy Murray is mentally ready to record his first win over Roger Federer at a Grand Slam.
Murray has won 10 of his 19 previous matches against Federer, but the British number one has lost all three of their meetings at majors.
The pair will meet again tomorrow as they compete for a place in the final of the Australian Open.
Murray beat Federer in straight sets to win an Olympic gold medal in August last year and he then continued his hot streak by winning the US Open a month later.
Ivanisevic believes that the Scot's achievements in 2012 have relieved him of the pressure that had hindered his performances on the big stage in previous years.
"Mentally, Andy is ready," Ivanisevic told BBC Sport. "It doesn't matter that it's 3-0 [in Grand Slam head-to-heads]. He has beaten him before, so he knows how to beat him.
"The Olympic Games and the winning a Grand Slam at the US Open helped him a lot. He doesn't have people putting pressure on him about when he's going to win his first Grand Slam."
Murray has reached the final of the Australian Open on two previous occasions - in 2010 and 2011.
