How Barcelona could line up against Real Sociedad

Sports Mole looks at how Barcelona could line up in Saturday's La Liga clash with Real Sociedad.

Barcelona will be looking to return to winning ways in Spain's top flight when when they welcome an in-form Real Sociedad to Camp Nou on Saturday night.

The Spanish champions relinquished first spot in La Liga to Real Madrid last weekend courtesy of a 2-0 defeat at the Bernabeu, but they are only one point off the summit.

Barca have won 19 of their last 20 home games in the league but will host a Sociedad side that have been victorious in each of their last six matches in all competitions.

Here, Sports Mole looks at how the hosts could line up at Camp Nou.

Barca remain without the services of key forwards Ousmane Dembele and Luis Suarez through long-term hamstring and knee injuries respectively, while the versatile Sergi Roberto is out with a muscular problem.

Head coach Quique Setien is expected to make changes from the side that started at the Bernabeu last weekend, with Ansu Fati and Clement Lenglet both pushing to be involved from the start.

Ivan Rakitic is an option in the middle of the park, although it seems likely that Arturo Vidal could drop out for Fati, allowing Arthur to keep his spot alongside Sergio Busquets and Frenkie de Jong.

Recent arrival Martin Braithwaite is again expected to be on the bench, though, with Antoine Griezmann and Lionel Messi certain to start in the final third of the field.

Marc-Andre ter Stegen will also feature despite the recent speculation surrounding his future.
