Leyton Orient see their application for a judicial review into West Ham United's move to the Olympic Stadium rejected.

Leyton Orient have had their application for a judicial review into West Ham United's move to the Olympic Stadium rejected.

West Ham were confirmed as the new tenants of the complex last month following a lengthy legal battle.

Orient chairman Barry Hearn vowed to continue to fight for the tenancy, believing that the option of a groundshare had been unfairly overlooked.

However, the League One club's hopes now appear to have been dashed by the courts.

West Ham will start their 99-year lease of the Olympic Stadium from August 2016.
