Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Tanguy Ndombele has revealed that fellow Frenchman Kylian Mbappe has tried to convince him to join Paris Saint-Germain.
Ndombele joined Spurs in the summer of 2019 from Lyon for a club-record deal worth around £65m and has a contract with the Premier League outfit until 2025.
Although the 24-year-old is happy in north London, Ndombele has not ruled out a potential switch to the French capital in the future.
"I'm a boy from the Paris region. Wearing the Paris jersey one day? Why not - but today I'm in Tottenham, and it's going well," the midfielder told Telefoot.
"I spoke with Kylian about possibly coming to PSG. Two or three years in a row we discussed it. It didn't happen and today at Tottenham it's going well, but why not in the future?"
Ndombele endured a difficult debut season at Tottenham, with manager Jose Mourinho leaving him out of the squad on several occasions, however the Frenchman has worked his way back into the side, making 27 appearances in all competitions during the 2020-21 campaign.
