Watford have taken a 1-0 lead into half-time of their match against 10-man Wolverhampton Wanderers this afternoon.
The hosts enjoyed the first chance of the match as Troy Deeney and Fernando Forestieri linked up to create a shooting opportunity for Daniel Pudil, but the Czech midfielder fired over.
The visitors were reduced to 10 men after 25 minutes when Christophe Berra hauled back Deeney when the Watford striker was clean through on goal.
Watford took full advantage of their extra man and were ahead within 10 minutes as Nathaniel Chalobah converted Forestieri's square ball at the second attempt.
Chalobah and Pudil both came close to getting the game's second goal with low drives in stoppage time, but both were off target to ensure that the score remained 1-0.
