AZ vs. Feyenoord (Sunday, 11.15am)

AZ Alkmaar will be aiming to close the six-point gap to third-placed Feyenoord, when they welcome them to the AFAS Stadion on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Arne Slot will be hoping he can get one over his former side, as he looks to guide Feyenoord to a fifth consecutive victory.

We say: AZ Alkmaar 2-2 Feyenoord

As well as enjoying a 17-game unbeaten run in all competitions, AZ Alkmaar have lost just once on home turf in the league this term, but they will be fully aware of the threat that Feyenoord pose.

Meanwhile, the visitors are looking for a fifth consecutive victory, but we think they will have to settle for a point when they face an in-form AZ Alkmaar side.

One of the standout fixtures in the Eredivisie season will take place on Sunday as Vitesse face NEC in the Gelderse Derby.

Vitesse ended a six-game winless run in all competitions with a victory over Rapid Vienna in the Europa Conference League on Thursday, while NEC have lost just once in their previous seven league matches.

We say: Vitesse 2-1 NEC

Vitesse will be buoyed by their progression to the last 16 of the Europa Conference League and with a win already under their belts against their rivals this season, we think the hosts will edge out NEC to claim the bragging rights in the Gelderse Derby.

Sparta vs. PSV (Sunday, 1.30pm)

Meanwhile, second-placed PSV cannot afford to drop points as they look to keep pace with league leaders Ajax.

Despite ending their winless run last weekend, we think Sparta Rotterdam will struggle when they come up against title chasing PSV on Sunday, and we believe the visitors will ease past their hosts to extend their unbeaten run to six-matches in all competitions.

Ajax will look to extend their unbeaten run to 17 games in all competitions, when they travel to De Adelaarshorst to face Go Ahead Eagles on Sunday.

The hosts, on the other hand, enter the contest in the midst of a nine-match winless run as they search for their first victory of 2022.

Ajax are heavy favourites for Sunday's contest, and we think the league leaders will make light work of a Go Ahead Eagles side that are currently enduring a poor run of form.
