Arsenal's first-team squad were reportedly sent on a team-bonding night out by Unai Emery hours after drawing 2-2 with Watford.

Arsenal's first-team squad were reportedly sent on a team-bonding night out hours after drawing 2-2 with Watford in the Premier League.

The Gunners led by two goals at Vicarage Road courtesy of a double from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, but second-half mistakes from Sokratis and David Luiz allowed Watford to earn a point on home soil.

According to the Daily Mail, head coach Unai Emery gave the go ahead for the players to enjoy a night out in the aftermath of the draw as the Spaniard looks to improve the team spirit at the club.

Arsenal have collected eight points from their five Premier League matches this season to sit seventh in the table, although they are only two points off second-placed Manchester City on the same number of games.

The capital outfit will now switch their attention to the Europa League as they prepare to face Eintracht Frankfurt on Thursday evening, before hosting Aston Villa in the league on Sunday afternoon.

Emery's methods have been criticised by a number of club's former players in recent days, with Lee Dixon and Paul Merson amongst those to question the Spaniard's tactics.
