Lewis Holtby wants success with Tottenham Hotspur, starting with the North London derby against Arsenal today.

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Lewis Holtby has said that he wants success with the club, after an impressive start to his White Hart Lane career.

Since joining in January, Holtby has been involved in four straight Premier League wins as well as progression to the Europa League last 16.

He admits that a lot of that is down to the form of Gareth Bale, and also speaks about keeping his cool in today's North London derby.

"I want to be glorious with the club," Holtby told The Telegraph. "We are like a big ice-cream and he [Bale] is just sweetening it up by putting the topping on.

"I think we have the quality to beat [Arsenal], especially at home, but it's going to be an intense game. They [derbies] are emotional, they are great games but as a player you have to keep your cool.

"We need to stay in third place and , maybe, have a little sniff at Manchester City [in second]."

Spurs take on Arsenal at 4pm this afternoon.
