Arsene Wenger: 'Arsenal confident after win over Leicester City'

Arsene Wenger says that Arsenal's 5-2 Premier League victory over Leicester City has given the team confidence.

Arsene Wenger has said that Arsenal are confident after their 5-2 victory over Leicester City.

Alexis Sanchez netted a hat-trick in between goals from Theo Walcott and Olivier Giroud.

"We created many chances and I felt a game like this confidence was coming. I think we always looked dangerous," Wenger told BBC Sport.

"We managed to come back from 2-1 and after that I feel we dominated the game.

"Alexis was waiting for a goal and he's not used to not scoring for so long so it was important for him to score."

The victory has moved Arsenal into fourth place in the Premier League table.
