Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger reveals that he expects summer signing Yaya Sanogo to make an impact at the club this season.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has revealed that he expects new signing Yaya Sanogo to make an impact at the club this season.

The 20-year-old French striker arrived at the Emirates Stadium from Auxerre last month on a long-term deal.

"We have signed Sanogo. He has not made the headlines. Why? Because he is not £50m to £100m but I am quite confident he will make them soon on the pitch, and that for me is the most important," Wenger told the club's official website.

Arsenal get their Emirates Cup campaign underway on Saturday when they take on Napoli.
