Leicester City 'eye Kieran Tierney as Ben Chilwell replacement'

Leicester City could move for Arsenal defender Kieran Tierney if Ben Chilwell leaves the King Power Stadium this summer, according to a report.

Leicester City could reportedly move for Arsenal defender Kieran Tierney if Ben Chilwell leaves the King Power Stadium during this summer's transfer window.

Chilwell, who appears to have established himself as England's first-choice left-back, is thought to be a target for both Chelsea and Manchester City ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.

According to Bleacher Report, Brendan Rodgers's side are open to selling the 23-year-old for the right price this summer and have already identified Tierney as a potential replacement.

The report claims that the Foxes are planning to test Arsenal's resilience by launching a bid for the Scotland international, who only arrived at the Emirates Stadium from Celtic last summer.

The 22-year-old has been restricted to just five Premier League appearances this term due to injury and has been on the sidelines since the start of December with a shoulder problem.

Tierney's current deal with Mikel Arteta's side is due to run until the summer of 2024.
