Arsenal centre-back Shkodran Mustafi is reportedly keen to stay with the Gunners this summer despite being strongly linked with a move away from the club.
Mustafi has largely struggled to impress since arriving at the Emirates Stadium from Valencia in 2016.
Monaco have been linked with a summer swoop for the Germany international, who is believed to be valued in the region of £30m by his Premier League club.
However, according to BBC Sport, the 27-year-old wants to stay at Arsenal and fight for his spot during the 2019-20 campaign.
Mustafi, who has a contract with the Gunners until the summer of 2021, made 40 appearances for Unai Emery's side during the 2018-19 season.
The capital outfit will face Angers and Barcelona in their final two pre-season matches before opening their Premier League campaign away to Newcastle United on August 11.
