Arsenal reportedly hope to keep Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil at the club by offering them significant pay rises.
The duo have been in negotiations with the North London outfit for some time, but neither has been able to come to an agreement regarding new deals.
It is believed that both have turned down contracts worth in excess of £250,000 per week, and now it has been reported by the Daily Mail, that an offer of a 20% increase in salary has been put on the table for the pair.
The hike in wages will come into play once the Gunners qualify for the Champions League following last season's disappointment when they finished outside of the top four for the first time in 20 years.
Sanchez has been linked to numerous elite clubs, including Bayern Munich, Manchester City and Chelsea, while Ozil is reported to have attracted attention from Turkey.
Arsenal have made one signing so far this summer - the acquisition of Sead Kolasinac from Schalke 04.
