Arsene Wenger quashes suggestions that he is looking to sign Germany hitman Lukas Podolski next month.

Arsene Wenger has refuted reports that he is interested in bringing Germany striker Lukas Podolski to Arsenal.

The frontman has been linked with a switch to the Emirates, and recently hinted that he may leave the Bundesliga next month.

Gunners boss Wenger recently revealed that the North London side will have money to spend in the winter transfer window.

Meanwhile, Arsenal are preparing for a Premier League showdown with league leaders Manchester City this Sunday.
