Alex McLeish warns Villa flops

Aston Villa boss Alex McLeish admits he will make changes for Sunday's trip to Swansea.

Aston Villa boss Alex McLeish has warned his fallen stars to fear the axe after their poor performance against Tottenham Hotspur on Monday night.

The Villa boss was enraged by the way his team froze at White Hart Lane, when an Emmanuel Adebayor double secured all three points for Spurs.

As a consequence he has promised changes for tomorrow's trip to Swansea.

"Monday's game isn't out of the system yet. I can't forget that performance readily. I expect a big reaction from them and there will be changes," said McLeish.

"The boys know they can't play like that and get away with it."

Aston Villa have so far failed to secure a single win away from home this season.
