Atalanta BC seek a fifth straight win at the Gewiss Stadium when they host Udinese in Saturday's round 22 action in Serie A.

Gian Piero Gasperini's men have been in fine form in front of their supporters, but they must be wary of the visiting side that have avoided defeat against them since 2022.

We say: Atalanta BC 3-1 Udinese

La Dea should halt their winless run against Udinese with another comfortable home success to extend the run of victories at the Gewiss Stadium to five.

Juventus vs. Empoli (Saturday, 5.00pm)

Back at the summit of Serie A, resurgent Juventus aim to move further clear on Saturday evening, when they welcome Empoli to Turin.

While free-scoring Juve have just netted 18 goals in five matches - in their best start to a year since 1932 - their opponents have the league's least potent attack.

We say: Juventus 2-0 Empoli

There is little to suggest that Juventus cannot continue their ruthless run through January, and another win is surely on the cards against Empoli. The Azzurri may have stirred into life under new management, but they are still no match for Juve's in-form front line.

AC Milan vs. Bologna (Saturday, 7.45pm)

After fighting back to win 3-2 last weekend, AC Milan seek a fifth straight Serie A success on Saturday evening, when they host Bologna at San Siro.

While Milan's latest victory kept them in touch with Italy's relentless top two, their visitors' hopes of gatecrashing the European places have recently begun to falter.

We say: AC Milan 2-1 Bologna

Milan have won eight of 10 home games in Serie A so far, conceding just five goals in the process, and they should overcome a Bologna side that have started to stutter. The Rossoblu may be a little rusty, too, having had an unexpected two-week hiatus, so their former boss Stefano Pioli is set to see off the challenge of Thiago Motta.
