Ivan Rakitic: 'It wasn't our day'

Barcelona midfielder Ivan Rakitic says that his team can 'hold their heads high' despite losing 1-0 to Celta Vigo in La Liga.

Ivan Rakitic has insisted that Barcelona must move on quickly from Saturday's shock 1-0 home defeat to Celta Vigo.

The Croatian midfielder was part of the Barca side that suffered a second successive La Liga loss on Saturday, but the former Sevilla captain has vowed that his team will return stronger from the setback.

"When the ball doesn't want to go in, it doesn't go in. We could have scored many goals, but we didn't do that", Rakitic told reporters.

"We have to keep our heads held high and continue working despite the result. We'll continue working because we'll come back from this stronger."

Barcelona hit the woodwork four times on Saturday, in addition to creating a number of clear chances.
