Lautaro Martinez is reportedly happy to spend another season at Inter Milan, with the view of joining Barcelona in 2021.
Although the Catalan giants have been heavily linked with an approach for the Argentine international, they are yet to reach a compromise over a fee and players to be included as part of any deal.
At a time when they have conceded the La Liga title to Real Madrid, it leaves Barcelona officials to reassess where they should allocate funds during the next transfer window.
Regardless of their decision, Gazzetta dello Sport suggests that Martinez is in no rush to seal a move to Camp Nou.
The report claims that the 22-year-old is prepared to reject any other offers in order to make the switch before the beginning of the 2021-22 campaign.
Martinez would then have two years left on his contract, theoretically putting Inter in a position where they may feel obliged to lower his valuation.
