Blackburn Rovers manager Gary Bowyer hailed his side's "fantastic victory" after a Rudy Gestede brace and a Ben Marshall free kick gave them a 3-1 victory over Reading.
The result moved Blackburn up into a playoff position and extended their unbeaten run in the Championship to five games.
"It is a fantastic victory against a very tough and talented side. For us to put in a performance like we did was fantastic," Bowyer told Radio Rovers.
"I thought we kicked on superbly in the second half. Our fitness levels, the contribution of the subs again, and we scored some great goals.
"Again we won't get carried away. We've got 31 games left."
Next up for Bowyer's side is a trip to the capital to face Millwall on Tuesday.
