Bolton Wanderers manager Owen Coyle has dedicated his side's 2-1 victory over Blackburn Rovers to recovering midfielder Fabrice Muamba.
The 23-year-old is still in hospital after suffering a cardiac arrest during the Trotters' abandoned FA Cup tie against Tottenham Hotspur.
"Fabrice is continuing to get better which is great. He's still in intensive care but day by day he is getting stronger and where he needs to be in a long process. If I take myself back a week he has come a long way already," said Coyle.
"Football is very emotional and passionate but when something like that happens to someone you hold dear then it pales into insignificance.
"Today his teammates and friends represented him in a manner befitting Fabrice. The players are out on their feet physically and mentally."
Despite doubts over whether today's relegation clash with Rovers would go ahead, Bolton move out of the bottom three with victory.
