Bolton Wanderers are interested in signing Celtic forward Anthony Stokes, according to reports.
Stokes played under current Bolton manager Neil Lennon at Parkhead between 2010 and 2014, and The Scotsman claims that the pair could be reunited at the Macron Stadium this summer.
Bolton have struggled in attack this season, with Eidur Gudjohnsen scoring six and Emile Heskey netting just once. Jermaine Beckford has failed to score in the league, netting just twice in the League Cup, with top scorer Craig Davies currently out injured.
Stokes has previously had spells in England with Sunderland, Sheffield United and Crystal Palace.
