Unbeaten Brasileiro leaders Bragantino will be looking to maintain their impressive start to the campaign when they take on Ceara at Nabi Abi Chedid Stadium on Thursday.

The Red Bull-backed outfit have won five and drawn two of their opening seven matches, while Ceara are down in 12th after a mixed start to the 2021 campaign.

Bragantino have momentum on their side and will be looking to keep hold of top spot with a fifth win in a row on Thursday.

Ceara have made themselves tough to beat, but we cannot see them taking any points off the division's top team.

Atletico Mineiro and Atletico Goianiense square off on Thursday in an important game at the top end of the Campeonato Brasileiro Serie A table.

The two sides currently sit level on points in eighth and seventh spots respectively, with the visitors leading on goal difference with a game in hand.

In a game between two fairly low-scoring sides, we see this being a particularly cagey affair, with one goal expected to decide it.

On this occasion, we see the visitors as the slightly more likely of the two teams to come away with the points, given their solidity at the back, while the Alvinegro may have slightly more weaknesses as a result of their depleted squad.

The reigning champions have lost two of their last three games and are down in 10th, while Cuiaba are five points worse off in 16th.

Cuiaba are seeking a first ever win in the Brasileiro, and Flamengo's loss to Juventude last weekend will provide the hosts with plenty of confidence.
