Championship playoff-chasers Brentford have announced the January signing of Lewis Macleod from Rangers for an undisclosed fee.
The 20-year-old has agreed a three-and-a-half-year contract with the Bees and will officially join the West London side when the transfer window opens tomorrow.
"He is a player who can play in all midfield positions, he has two excellent feet and an eye for goal," Brentford boss Mark Warburton told the club website.
"He will be an excellent addition to the playing squad and I am sure he will play a key role in the second-half of the season."
Macleod, who received his first senior call-up with Scotland for last month's matches against the Republic of Ireland and England, has enjoyed three successful seasons with Rangers having broken into the team as an 18-year-old in 2012.
This season the midfielder has scored eight goals in all competitions for the Scottish Championship outfit.
