Burnley manager Sean Dyche has backed winger Danny Ings to remain focused despite the uncertainty regarding his future at the club.
Ings is thought to be under the watch of a number of European clubs, including Premier League side Liverpool who are reportedly keen on clinching a pre-contract agreement for the player to move to Anfield in the summer.
"There are more players at this club than Danny," said Dyche, according to BT Sport.
"He's a wonderful talent, I enjoy working with him. He's a fantastic lad, I like him as a person and as a footballer, he's learning, he's improving; he'll be ready to go hard and the rest of it will take care of itself.
"I've been saying it for months. I'll be saying it next week, the week after. I get it, it's a topic, but he's here to enjoy his football and that's all I ever ask of him.
"The main thing is to play with a smile and, when he's like that, he plays well and we enjoy having him."
Burnley currently find themselves one place above the relegation zone in 17th position in the Premier League table.
