Celtic are reportedly interested in signing Wigan Athletic goalkeeper Ali Al-Habsi.

Celtic are reportedly interested in signing Wigan Athletic goalkeeper Ali Al-Habsi.

The Scottish champions are in the market for a new stopper this summer after losing England international Fraser Forster to Southampton.

A number of names have been linked with a move to Celtic Park, but according to Sky Sports News, Al-Habsi has emerged as the Scottish side's leading target.

Al-Habsi, who joined the Latics from Bolton Wanderers in 2011, is currently down the pecking order at Wigan.
