Galatasaray striker Didier Drogba has played down the reception that he will receive when he returns to Stamford Bridge next month.
Drogba scored 157 goals during a glittering eight-year spell with Chelsea before leaving after scoring the winning spot kick against Bayern Munich in the 2012 Champions League final. With the tie with the Blues finally poised, the Ivorian has insisted that he is only focused on earning a result on the night.
The 35-year-old is quoted by Sky Sports News as saying: "I am not there yet and I will only find out how emotional it is when I am at the Bridge. The only thing that I know is that there is still one game to play.
"This was a good result. We still have our chances, so I am not sure how it will be in a few weeks' time.
"It will be a difficult game but I think at 1-1, the game is still open, so we're going to go there to try to create a big surprise."
Drogba has scored 18 times in 48 appearances during his spell with the Turkish team.
